Donald (Don) J. Deese, Sr., CEM
Prior to joining Shultz Engineering Group, Mr. Deese was a Project Manager and Senior Mechanical Designer with Vrettos Pappas Consulting Engineers in Charlotte. His systems design experience includes those for office buildings, churches, “strip” shopping malls, restaurants, movie theaters, warehouses, medical clinics, mixed-use buildings, schools, and multi-family housing. He has worked on a wide variety of projects that require knowledge and experience of Hydronic Systems, Dehumidification Systems, Constant Volume, and Variable Volume Air Systems.
Specific retail projects personally designed include facilities for Belk, CVS, Eckerd, Walgreen’s, Tire Kingdom, Food Lion, Lowes Foods, Gander Mountain Sporting Equipment, Bed Bath and Beyond, Suncom, Shoe Show, Shoe Dept, Rack Room Shoes, and Off Broadway Shoes.
Specific theater projects personally designed include facilities for Consolidated Theaters, All Star Cinemas, Eastern Federal Theaters, Carmike Theaters, and some non-chain theater projects.
Specific restaurant projects personally designed include facilities for Popeyes, Five Guys Burger and Fries, Bonefish Grill, Baja Fresh, and many non-chain restaurant projects.
